Faulty Items/ Damaged Goods on Arrival

Every order over $100 is insured by AusPost. In the event of faulty or damaged goods due to postage, please contact us via Instagram DM or email (info.iskracandles@gmail.com) ASAP with the description and image of the item as well as contact details and order ID. We will replace the item for free, but if the order is under $100, re postage is at the customers expense. We will then provide a return address; If you reside in Sydney we are happy to provide local delivery for peace of mind. Items can also be refunded ONLY if they're damaged or faulty, refunds cannot be given for change of mind.
